 purchased a product from china on Feb 22, 2018. It is now March 25th. It says it has been processed through SHANGHAI terminal but I cant track any further. Can someone help me please?

Package status: In transit
Destination: United States

your parcel is still waiting for flight space to JFK. waiting time can take 2 to 3 weeks. Please be patient. It should arrive JFK next week.
