Hello guys,

I paid for ePacket as shipping method. However, the tracking number I received starts with "LPxxxxxxxxxxx405", it indicates as AliExpress Standard Shipping. I tried to put my tracking number in some websites such as: China EMS, track-chinapost.com... and they state no record found. I put this tracking on Global Cainiao and it states "Shipment confirmation".

I believe that seller didn't ship my packet by ePacket, but I still need to verify that before dispute. How can I do that? Is the tracking I provided above are ship with AliExpress method? And how do I fight it with dispute?

your tracking number is shipped by AliExpress's own logistic company(Cainiao) not ePacket, you can not track it in China Post website.

Thank you. I've opened a dispute because seller keep ignoring my question about shipping method.

You shouldnt be opening a dispute, Aliexpress standard shipping cant be tracked on any other site but Cainiao and aliexpress itself, just give it some time please.

Thanks. But I paid for ePacket shipment, this definitely arrives to US faster. He shipped by Ali Standard Shipping to save some money. I think this is a business fraud and those sellers like him should be punished.
