Parcel No.RF208652564CN tracking result
2016-03-23 21:32:12.0 Electronic Data Received
2016-03-29 14:48:43.0 parcel center received
2016-03-29 22:19:15.0 parcel center customs scan
2016-03-29 23:17:32.0 leaving parcel center ，next station Shenzhen center
2016-03-30 02:00:06.0 Shenzhen Transit Station export security scan
2016-03-30 09:04:21.0 Shenzhen Transit Station export customs cleared

According to Canada Post they can't track and CBSA needs information from Canada Post in order to check in their system.

Canada Post advised to contact China Mail and have them start an investigation on their end as it was shipped from there.

So, how do I go about starting an investigation on my package?

1. You need to contact seller to tell him that you have not received the parcel and ask him to contact China Post to have an investigation done about your parcel. Please tell the seller what you did in Canada.

2. I don't know were you bought the article but if you can open a dispute with the seller because you have not received the parcel.
