Your parcel left Shenyang for JFK on 5 Jan. A lot of people here have noticed that EMS deliveries from China to the US are much slower than usual in the past 6 weeks or so; I don't think anybody knows why at this point. Some people are still waiting for items sent as far back as 25 Jan.

Oh, sorry, my bad! I meant there are still EMS deliveries outstanding that were sent on December 25th, 2017. Sorry about that. :)

Hi! It seems our packages ( 1 day apart ) are in the same strange situation. I have had packages that have taken 20 days or more before but typically had been updated more quickly. I am wondering if things could really be backed up prior to Chinese New Year and following holidays. Feel free to track my package alongside yours if you wish!

Does anyone know what happens with the china packages? almost all packages sent since the first week of January have not arrived in the United States.

Not sure. A few are indeed making it through, but many have been seriously delayed. EMS parcels to Canada and other countries are arriving in a timely way, which suggests the problem is not with China EMS.

I’m waiting too for an EMS parcel LX600675239CN. Since I order it the 13th of December do you think it’s lost?
Or eventually it will be sent? Thanks

ePacket parcel normally should arrive in 6 weeks. Your parcel has more than 60% chance to be lost.

You should open dispute for lost parcel.

Hi, tracking number UD164896509CN. It says it departed china on feb. 10th. How long will it take to clear customs and arrive to the destination? Inputting the number into USPS says "Not Trackable
USPS Tracking® is unavailable for this product for CHINA".

UD164896509CN is china post register mail which will not be scanned by USPS. You can not track it in USPS website. Normally it will take 4 to 6 weeks from China to reach USA.
