Hi i recieve a tracking number: RI480999496CN but when i check the Track China Post Register Air Mail Parcel it says that is on route but when i track in the global tracking (Track China Post parcels to USA(Register mail,EMS and eBay ePackets/EUB) says that is delivered. so what is the true tracking ? my package has been delivered or is on route.

the parcel was delivered by USPS. you should contact USPS for delivery detail.
