the item not moving for a month on last status showed as:

2018-02-27 08:58 am, export customs cleared

and the tracking is RE036509838KR
Is there any problems?

It’s from korea to mongolia.
I thought china to mongolia wont take a long time

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php has left china on Feb 27. It should have arrived Mongolia long time ago.
