Post HELP!! Where is my package???

I ordered a dress from China Dec.14 and When I track it, it has bn saying dispatched from sorting center in Ghuangzhu since Dec.19! I planned to have it by New Years! Delivering to the USA by epacket.. When will I recieve it! Tracking number LK304264258CN
