Hi my package was delivered and it wasn't with me but the receiver signed for it and everything it seems that the seller only put my postal code and not my whole address. What can I do for this where do I file claim so that they find the person who signed for it. Here is the tracking number RN200948719CN

http://track-chinapost.com/start_canadapost.php shows the parcel was signed by J GILLE. you should contact your local Canada Post office and see who is J.Gille.

Hello,

Please can you assist me. My orders were delivered to the wrong address and i still have other orders in-transit. USPS says ChinaPost has to contact them before they can do anything about it.

Can someone kindly help me resolve this. It's great to know they arrived but it's heartbreaking that they were delivered to the wrong address.

Patiently waiting on a response.

I cant locate my Item. Here's the tracking number RI223408677CN.. No phone number to call to ask.. Where is iy? It says on your website that its failed delivery.. But how? no notification. I live in a Hotel. What happened?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php?code=RI223408677CN&submit=Track+again shows the parcel was delivered on Jan 5. If you have not got the goods, please contact Pos Malaysia. They are the delivery agent of China Post .

RH012997889CN is fake number. seller did not ship you anything.

RI418551217CN is on the way to Canada.

Hi i have ordered a item from etsy and the seller said it will be sent from china post it bas been 10months now and my tracking status hasent changed since aug 2014 can you let me know what happened to the package

If you purchased 10 months ago and did not get the goods, it must be lost.
