http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows it stuck in zhengzhou customs for long time. normally this means the parcel has something not allowed by customs and was rejected by officer.

maybe the parcel was broken and was returned. you'd better open a dispute and ask seller compensate the lost parcel.

HELP. Please tell me where is my package RC656921182CN. It was supposed to be shipped to the United States address in Illinois, NOT Israel. Please get back to me ASAP with the information if the package was shipped back to the seller and if there is a new tracking number.

open a dispute and claim refund. your seller gave you a wrong tracking number.

you want something shipped to USA,right? The seller gave you a parcel number for another guy in Israel.

No, by mistake as a shipping address I put initials IL, meaning Illinois state in the USA, however, at a checkout I did not check the address that was automatically made to Israel. Apparently, IL also is abbreviation for Israel. So the package was shipped to Israel and now I do not know how to get it shipped back to the USA. What are my options? Is it possible that the package can be shipped back to the seller? Or it is lost forever?

It might be lost forever if buyer did not print returning address(most china sellers do not print returning address or only print agent address which can not be actually returned to shipper).
