Help me as well please. I. Called usps and they said they weren't able to help me. I mailed a package from the us 12-14 days ago. They told me it would take 5-10 busniess days. The seller said he has not received the item. Can you please help me out. I need to know the location of this package. Some how the CUSTOM number I was given is Lc752599102US please help

i can not say it is lost. it is now in the USPS system not in China. You should contact USPS.

It's a customs number, which is only a reference and is not trackable. You should always ship trackable, especially to China, otherwise you will not be able to prove receipt at the other end.

Looks like it's non-trackable service. Bad idea for parcels to China.
