Hi, could you please help to check LC364284453US? I mailed package on Jan 27, 2015 from Raleigh, USA to Luzhou, Sichuan, but it has not arrived yet.

you need wait about 4 to 6 weeks to get the goods from USA.

Need Help Please, I mailed my package to China January 27, 2015 it still hasn't arrived what should I do next it says out for delivery on February 7, 2014 and has yet to arrive ! The tracking is CW945603028US. Please let me know what's going on I appreciate it . Thanks

the parcel just arrived China Post Guangzhou office(广州市邮政局三元里支局). It will be delivered very soon. If you can not get it within next 2 days, call china post hotline 11185 and arrange pickup.

Hello, I am suppose to receive a package from NYState which was sent on December 6, 2014. But now on tracking it says Departed from Beijing, China. I am in Mongolia. Usually from NY to Mongolia takes 2-4 weeks, but this time is taking too long. Could you please help to check it? Tracking: CW738010678US. Thank you.
