Hello my tracking number has not moved since the 26th of july.usps doesnt update and neither does other websites.can you please help me track it? My tracking number is LY480089107CN. Thank you!

LY480089107CN is still waiting for flight space from Shanghai to JFK. waiting time can take 7 to 20 days. There will be no update during waiting time.
Everything looks normal, no need worry.

On one of the status it says departure from customs.what does that mean? Sorry im so confused all these websites say different things.

Forget about other website tracking result. You just need to know LY480089107CN is still waiting for flight space from Shanghai to JFK. Now east china are suffering serious airline cancellation and delay caused by typhoon. You might need wait extra 2 to 3 weeks.
