I ordered items from China and received a single parcel of a total of 10! 2 more have began tracking finally, but the other 7 have not been accepted/ posted! These are
the parcels, that have not been able to track! Can you please help me find out the whereabouts of these packages, please?

I have yet to receive a single update from the sender, how do I start a inquiry into the whereabouts of my packages? Cause I'm not sure what they are doing and have just gotten a update that the 2 packages that could be tracked are here in the US in Customs! Yet I was told that all these packages where shipped the same day? Please help,as this is holding up my business and causing me to lose money without my inventory!

Many sellers delay shipments for one or two weeks. You can not 100% trust their words. the best way to verify the real shipment status is to track the parcel in http://track-chinapost.com/ .

I have yet to receive any further information and actions, I've contacted China Customs and I'm awaiting there reply now! The company has given me nothing else in terms of shipping dates and information on these parcels! Is there anyone else you would suggest I contact?

Don't panic yet, especially if you just recently placed your order. Just because you have tracking numbers, doesn't mean it was shipped yet. They print out a label online and it probably hasn't been picked up yet, or there's a backlog at the warehouse. There's nothing you can do except for wait, and if it takes another week and no update, then file a dispute or contact the seller at least.

That's just it today makes a month with no activity on 4 parcels, and the seller keeps saying Customs took them, but China Post and EMS are saying they never received them! Customs stated that if China Post and EMS received them, it would have stated accepted, but I never received that notice and which means it never was shipped from the seller, because China Customs stated it would've made a trip to Shanghai after being accepted! I've contacted the Better Business Bureau a couple days ago to open a case, I made sure all information from there site was kept for the case! When they are giving you no answers, then open a case and get things rolling! Because they will contact the seller, customs on both ends, as well as all parties who handle the parcels!
