2. Your parcel did leave China. I suspect your parcel arrive in Canada and it's at possibly the Vancouver Inbound Mail. Vancouver Customs Office has a lot of work and delivery is 5 to 6 weeks.

3. Unfortunately you need to wait, there is other people here (Canadian) that have not received their parcel and are dated 03 May 2016 and some dated around 12 to 17 May 2016 that did receive their parcel. So as you can see, it all depend on the Customs Office.

4. Just come back here in a week and ask me to check for your parcel, I will try to check daily on your parcel to find out if I see anything.
