is going to the wrong address I need it to go to another address how do i change it please

Unfortunately you can not change parcel address after it is shipped. But if you are moving from old address to new address, you can pay some fee to Canada Post and forward all parcel of old address destination to new address. You need have some proof(ID) that your name was in old address before.

Post Seller put the wrong address!

Hi I have 2 packages that are to be shipped out sometime this week and seller put wrong address on shipping label I was told to contact you guys to fix the mistake please I want this fixed before they ship out.

Your seller is joking. Parcel address can not be changed after it is shipped.
