Hello,

Please can you assist me. My orders were delivered to the wrong address and i still have other orders in-transit. USPS says ChinaPost has to contact them before they can do anything about it.

Can someone kindly help me resolve this. It's great to know they arrived but it's heartbreaking that they were delivered to the wrong address.

Patiently waiting on a response.

if the parcel was shipped, you can not change address.

the address i filled out is not the address the packages were delivered to. i am not changing address.

if the address in the parcel is correct, frankly speaking, I don't believe the parcel will be shipped to another address. I think more possible situation is that shipper printed wrong address in shipping label or gave you wrong tracking number.

If shipping label is correct and the parcel was really shipped to another address by mistake. USPS should be responsible for fixing the problem. you should contact USPS to get the parcel redirect to correct address.

I contacted USPS and I was told to notify ChinaPost. They said they can only fix the issue if ChinaPost gives them the right address for the parcel to be redirected to.

Please I really need you to get in touch with USPS so they can send me my package.

It's regarding my shipping. have make a mistake of my address. It's possible to change the address to the new location. .
I would appreciated if you can delivery my parcel to the amended address.

Unfortunately, once a parcel is sent, it is not possible to change the address. If the address has an obvious mistake, though, SingPost will try and correct it.

Contact your local USPS office or call their customer service number ASAP -- your item is already marked for return to sender because of the incorrect address.

If you get hold of them now, they may be able to grab it before it leaves the country. Maybe.
