Post Help! My EMS package has not updated!

My tracking, EA185147695CN has not updated in a week since it was processed and supposedly disbatched from Shanghai. Please help me gain further information on my package. This never happens. It always makes it to a USPS ISC facility by now. I pay for "3-5 business day" shipping and it still has a few stops to make after it reaches USA. Please help!

EMS occasionally might delay one or two weeks in US customs, this is normal. No need worry too much. It will arrive sooner or later.

It always says when it is going thru US Customs though. It is just saying it has not made an appearance in the US yet. USPS tracking is terrible.
