Hi
I mailed a package from Cincinnati, US to Tianjin, China, using USPS's First Class. However, it has been more than a month since I sent it; my friend doesn't receive anything.

Could someone help me to check if LC172374654US this package has arrived China Custom yet?

LC172374654US is USPS 1st class mail. China Post does not scan such parcel. So you can not know delivery status in China, not even know if it has arrived China customs.
