Has this package left China yet? It hasn’t updated since September 28th it says its on route but where is it? Please help me thank you.

USPS.com shows Your item arrived at our USPS facility in STAMFORD CT DISTRIBUTION CENTER on October 4, 2018 at 9:09 am. The item is currently in transit to the destination.

you will get it very soon.

normally should get it in 2 to 5 days. if you can not get it in 5 days, contact USPS.
