Post Has my package even left China?

I had an package that was returned to sender in march and they resent it back off and now i had no update from the tracking at all. The seller told me the courier warehouse had an explosion,but I don't know if that's true or not. I just want to know where my parcel is at. Tracking number is LY113863325CN

LY113863325CN is still waiting for flight space from hong kong to JFK. you might need wait one or two more weeks.

Dang, that long? I wish the seller just gave me my money back, I've been waiting for this dress since February.
