Hey gave me the tracking number 4 days ago on April 7th. This is what he told me:

"You order at the April 7 parcels! Parcel delivery in April 8 from factory to warehouse my, April 10 arrived! This afternoon I will send the package to the capital Beijing! Tomorrow afternoon will arrive! Post Office will arrange export! Now the post office program is very complicated! Outback unable to send international parcels! "

Does this make sense or sound legit ?

you can wait two more days and then track it again in http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php. if still there is no result, you should open a dispute to aliexpress and claim refund.

seller can not reject your dispute in aliexpress if he can not prove you have received the goods. you should escalate the dispute and keep claim refund.
