Post "Handed Over To Beijing Post" Wtf?

Hey everyone, I ordered 3 separate items from 3 different sellers on Ali Express and 2 of them say the following from China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus:

--
2014.12.16 18:08 (GMT-7): Departure from Warehouse
2014.12.16 18:07 (GMT-7): Arrival at Warehouse
2014.12.14 23:00 (GMT-7): Handed over to Beijing Post
--

After ordering on December 9th and they've been stuck here since the 14th.

The third one does not even exist so I opened a dispute. What does "Handed Over To Beijing Post" even mean? Have I been scammed? Should I dispute these transactions?

now is rush season, you need some patient. the parcel should arrive by mid Jan 2015. if not arrive, you can open dispute then.

What company is shipping these? It's not a standard tracking number.

this is reference number of aliexpress airmail. It is actually china post non-register airmail which is NOT trackable.
