Hi,

It has been 9 business days (April 3, 2018 shipped) and the tracking number I received from AliExpress is not working.

My tracking number: LZ187746428CN

Should I open a dispute?

http://track-chinapost.com/track_global.php shows the number has no record. Your seller has not shipped anything yet.

You should push seller to ship the goods immediately. Tell him if you can not track real shipment data in next 3 days, you will open dispute to aliexpress/amazon/ebay/paypal whichever you paid money to.
