Post failed delivery trying to find epacket pickup locale

Hey there,
So my package was supposedly attempted delivery a few days ago and I missed it. I can't find any info on a pick up location. Is Epackets held by USPS? So confused and no help from the sender...Thanks for any help!

1. You might want to give the tracking number!

2. If you are in US yes your parcel is at USPS, they might have left you a card to pick up your parcel in a USPS Postal Office. If not, then call USPS to find out were is your parcel at.
