I just escalated my dispute last night because customer service recommended me too. It say escalate dispute is processing. Am i supposed to do anything else or do i just wait for an email or something? How long does it usually take or is it different every time? Seller said my package was already shipped and when i told him i wanted a refund and i disputed him, he called me a liar and was begging me to give him a second chance. Thanks

No i didnt give him a second chance. And he gave me an invalid tracking number, i dont know if that helps or not. Thanks again

It was $109 so im hoping i can get a refund if possible. Does anyone else have experience something like this?
