Post Ebay Package Not Recieved

Hello, I am a recent ebay customer and I bought a wig. However, I had admittedly forgotten that my shipping location hadn't been updated so it was still registered at my past address. Unsure of what to do, I contacted the seller and asked that they change the shipping address for the wig. I've been watching the tracking number and it has arrived in Charlotte, NC which is the city I live in. It was out for delivery on the 9th of January. It is now the 13th of January and I haven't received or gotten an update from the package. I would like to know what can be done so that I get the package. I can tell you the address if you like and here is my track number:

you should contact your local USPS for delivery information, it is now controlled by USPS, not China Post.
