Post e-packet problem

hi,
my tracking number is LM982795344CN, i tracked and it says held by custom? but when i check canadapost website it says mailed in international country. i am confused if it is held by custom or not, since usually Epacket arrive in 2-3 day to canada, i wonder if it is held by custom or just because busy holiday?

it is still held in guangzhou customs. wait one more week and track again in http://track-chinapost.com/ , it should have some new status.

Hi, I tracked my parcel and its status is "delivery" in UK on the 13/12/15 yet it still hasn't arrived. Where is it? Please reply ASAP. Parcel no. LX923756319CN

contact Royal Mail. they are responsible for delivery.

Epacket tracking number is LT048777023CN it has been held in customs since august 23rd should I be worried?

1. Yes, is there anything in the parcel from this:

China Post Forbidden Item List

2. May I suggest you contact seller and tell him the parcel is held by Customs in China.

No its just nail gel anf ive ordered before but when I check another site its saying it has cleared customs is it just possible it hadnt been updated since the 23rd

1. Possible that they did not update the tracking of your parcel. But I can not find one site that it's telling me that the parcel did clear Customs (or Custom clear/pass etc...).

2. Also there is no info the parcel has left China so far.

4. May I suggest you contact seller and tell him the parcel is possibly block at the Custom Office in China Post.

track-chinapost.com says customs clearnace. I contacted seller he saif post office customs has not reported a problem I got m . other package from him today but its just like this he had to extend purchase protection but eventually I will get it seller said usually takes 2-7 days for customs clearance anyway. But thanks for your help as well and have a great day

Just wanted everyone to know that China was having some problems so they have had issues with updating packages but all mine are now prepared to ship since the 26th and they all updated as of yesterday. So if your epacket is late just be calm its coming :)
