My package with tracking number "LM992744789CN" has been stuck at "Posting" status on ems website since Feb 3. Has it actually left China or when should i expect to get it?

LM992744789CN should be delayed (or lost) in Shenzhen. I suggest you wait one more week and see if it will have new tracking result. If you can not see new result by end of Feb, you should open dispute to ebay/aliexpress.
