El 29 de septiembre me llego un correo con RU292959560NL numero de seguimiento, pero cada vez que intento rastrearlo me aparece que no hay registro

RU292959560NL has nothing to do with china post, it is Netherlands Post tracking number. Some Chinese seller use Netherlands Post to ship battery item. The parcel will be shipped to Netherlands first (takes about 10 to 15 days), then transit from Netherlands to other countries.

You can track the parcel in Netherlands Post website, but normally it won't show any result before the parcel arrives Netherlands.
