Just wondering what does it mean for packages that to have the status, "Departure Export Customs" Shenzhen EMS? What is the average time for package to be cleared through customs?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows Ls270850512cn was shipped from Shenzhen to USA on Mar 17. It is still in Shenzhen airport.

Now coronavirus has cancelled 80% international airlines from china. So parcel will have 2 to 3 weeks delay, please wait some more time.

Once parcel arrives USA, usps.com will show arrival data.

So, its been well over a month since my package got to Shenzhen and it hasn't left there yet. I've also been seeing stories of people getting their package before me, and their package is getting to Shezhen after mine got there.

Is there anything that can be done to get it shipped?

LS270850512CN is still in Shenzhen. I am afraid that you can not do anything except waiting at this moment.

Our stats shows some parcel shipped later than you have arrived USA, but there are more parcels which were shipped in February are still in China.
