Hi there,

i have bought some present from the website Gnoce. and the product was sent on the 10th of November the last update i have is Departure export customs on the 12th.

this is very strange as I have ordered stuff on the 11th sent though e-packet and they have already arrived.

please, could you help? t is been already 9 working days and no news!

i have contacted the customer service of the place where i have bought the items and they tell me the items are on their way to your country.. however i think they are still stuck in china.. i ordered something after that and arrived after 5 working days.. this seems suspicious.

shall i open a dispude on paypal ?

LX578380296CN left China for UK on Nov 12. ePacket to UK can take 10 to 30 days. Your parcel is still in normal time frame, no need worry anything at this moment. If you can not get it by Dec 1st, then open dispute.
