I brought an iPhone case from this company(vovotrade) in Ebay, the parcel still haven't arrive yet and the last update of the tracking was at December 29 2014, which said the delivery status not updated. What should I do?

the parcel was delivered by USPS office in LOUISVILLE, KY 40258 . if you don't get the goods, open dispute to ebay asap.
