Hi! I see different messages, like Scheduled for Delivery

And in another window unsuccessful delivery
So what is the problem of my order? How can I get it

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LZ382969667CN shows the parcel arrived destination post office on Nov 12. You need contact your local post office in Moskva 40 125040 and ask them why they don't make delivery. You might need go to pickup your parcel from post office.
