Post Delivery attempt but no one came

The tracking information says that delivery was attempted but we did not have anyone come to our house. Where is the package being sent. Please help

South african post website shows the parcel is in SA post office in HALFWAY HOUSE, Other, 3950. You need go to that post office to pickup it asap.
