Will customs seize my package if I bought fake shoes? I bought only 1 pair, first time buying from China. And if they do, what legal action will they take, if any. Will I get sued? The entire thing was worth $20

You should NOT buy any pirate shoes. You will get a lot of trouble if government caught you or seller's parcel. You might lose your money and even be sued by government.
