Hi,

My parcel hasn't moved since December 20, 2014. Any advice would be appreciated. The seller says they tried and did not get a response.

How do I do that? JUst through the payment company? Is there a way through SAL shipping to file?

Not yet, it's a surface parcel which takes 2-6 months normal transit time. But if you want to open dispute, do it through your seller or paypal. China Post will not accept any claims from receiver.
