Post Could my package sent to Shanghai be stuck in customs?

I sent a small package (containing only a card, new tshirt, leather necklace, and hand wraps) from the United States in Las Vegas, Nevada to Shanghai, China on July 27th. It was sent USPS First Class Mail. I know it can't be tracked, but I do have a customs number UH006931565US. Is there any way I can see what happened to the package with this number? I checked the USPS tracking and it has left the US through the Los Angeles Inter distribution center on July 29th. It has been just over 5 weeks since then and it still has not arrived. Can the package still arrive? Could it be stuck in customs (possibly because of the new tshirt)? Or do you think it's lost? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

China Post does not scan USPS first class mail parcel. So you can not know its status in China. no matter it has arrived China or not, delivered to receiver or not, the USPS tracking results are always same.

Next time, you need ship the goods by register mail, tracking number starts with C or R. China Post and USPS have agreement to scan such parcel in China.
