Could you look in to Tracking # RJ695250775CN. Last update was March 1 2016. Don't understand the tracking information that was given.

1. Unfortunately those type of parcel can only be track in China and no where else in the World.

2. Those parcel can take from 30 to 60 days before delivery.

2. As far as I can see there should not be any problem with your parcel. It's planning to leave China, has it left China, that we don't know but everything is good for the parcel to leave.

3. Also please take note that this type of parcel is what is call China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus. It can take from 30 to 60 days for delivery in your country.

1. There is 2 possibilities for your parcel. Either the parcel has difficulty passing the Export Security Scan or the parcel in on it's way to you.

3. May I suggest you contact seller and tell him you are worry about your parcel being at:

and has not move since. Ask him to verify with China Post that their is no problem with the parcel.

4. Also make sure you have buyer's protection active for your parcel.
