Post China, International item mailed in originating country

Does this mean it has left the originating country or does it mean it was mailed to somewhere inside the originating country? If the latter, this was updated on February 3, so given everything shutting down in China due to CNY, should I expect the package to be shipped during CNY or would it just sit in some warehouse?

you should track the parcel in http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php, get the real shipment date, then lookup the estimate arrival time here http://track-chinapost.com/China_Post_Arrival_Time_Stat.php

Do those ETA times apply even if its shipping with e-Packet, or is it just for China Post?

epacket normally arrives in 2 weeks, much faster than above mentioned schedule.
