Dear China Post,

I shipped a parcel from Canada to China with the above tracking number on Feb. 6, 2014 and it left Canada on Feb. 14, 2014. However, there is no any updates from your side to show up that it arrived to China and/or it's destination or not. This is very important parcel for me as the seller won't refund my money back. Please do your investigation and update China post website with the updated information.

the parcel has not arrived China yet. you should contact Canada Post to investigate this parcel.
