hi i cannot track my parcel number RH937492064CN , many days have passed and still no sign i contacted the email : feedbackchinapost.com.cn but didnt recived no response , please help

Your item left China for Portugal on Dec 11. Usually it takes maybe 30 days to reach Portugal, but it's possible it was delayed somewhat by the holidays. Still, if you don't receive your package, or have it show up in CTT's tracker in the next two weeks, it might be lost and you would have to open a dispute with your seller.
