The last update was on 15th of September and it writes that ‘ September 15, 2020 at 10:21 am
Processed Through Regional Facility
JAMAICA NY INTERNATIONAL DISTRIBUTION CENTER’.
Is it normal or should i be worried?thank you for answers beforehand.

http://track-chinapost.com/startusa.php?code=LB168764450SG shows the parcel arrived New York on Sep 15, it is strange that USPS has not delivered this item to you. It is very likely to be lost in USPS system.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you need open dispute to seller for lost parcel refund.

Thank you a lot for the answer,there is 1 month until my protections ends.but i was worried and messaged the seller but they keep saying that it is in normal transit:(
Is there any way for contacting USPS itself for finding lost items?

You can call USPS and tell them this tracking number has showed up in their system for 3 weeks but never got delivered. Maybe USPS will help you find some solution.
