Tracking number is RI842435226CN
I ordered this from aliexpress.com and the Purchase Protection almost finished
I been waiting for this order now for more than 30 days!! and the last thing it says when i track it is (Guangzhou Transit Station export customs cleared)!! is it normal that it take than long or I just can't see the updated info? can anyone help me please.

Here what it all show me when I track the shipment..
2016-03-05 21:24:44.0 Guangzhou international parcel process center received
2016-03-05 23:02:21.0 Guangzhou parcel process center customs scan
2016-03-05 23:54:09.0 leaving Guangzhou parcel process center ，next station Guangzhou Airport
2016-03-06 09:27:27.0 Guangzhou Transit Station export security scan
2016-03-06 11:36:41.0 Guangzhou Transit Station export customs cleared

Just to let you know, last registered parcel from China came in in 6 weeks to my home in Canada.
I strongly suspect your parcel is in Vancouver Customs and has not been cleared yet.
You can track your parcel through Canada Post this is what they will say:

There is no information available for this international item. Tracking by Canada Post is not a feature for this product.

But just track it every day until you see this:

expected delivery: 1-12 days.

Then this will mean that your parcel will be out of Customs and given back to Canada Post for delivery.

Just for you to know, China Post Airmail Parcel Estimate Arrival Time, go to this site:

So I track it with Canada post with the same tracking number of china post which is RI842435226CN ?

Canada Post does not scan parcel from China, so you can not track the parcel status after it left China, no matter from China Post website or Canada Post website.

This is the link to your parcel at Canada Post:

And like I said in the other post as soon as you see the following:

expected delivery: 1-12 days

This will mean your parcel is out of Canadian Customs and at Canada Post for delivery. You will not be able to track your parcel at Canada Post because quote Tracking by Canada Post is not a feature for this product. unquote
