China Post only knows the parcel was delivered in your country. But don't have record of its detail delivery address.

This A****CN parcel is very cheap parcel. Address in printed or manually written in the parcel by shipper but not recorded in China Post because this will cost extra labor. China Post send hundreds of such A***CN parcel in container to the agents in Indonesia, the agents unpack the container, read the printed address and make delivery in person.

Again, your problem is not a shipping issue, it is a credit card scam. Read following article:

Does China Post not know which logistics company is used in the importing country for the items they ship?

No. It is all depends on the local shipping agent. They might delivery by themselves, or use Indonesia local postal service. But you can't ask Indonesia Post for delivery detail.

Oh, I just found out that the service quality of "China Post" is very poor, where they can't even track their own packages.

In that case, how do you know if my package has arrived at the location? How do you know if my package was sent to the wrong address?
