Hey! I ordered something off of DH Gate from a seller with a really good feedback score, and I trust that the seller shipped the item, but it's been almost 3 weeks since the payment was received and my item still shows that it is stuck in SHANGHAI, anyone know why it is taking so long?

im at the same waiting period ive been trying to find answers on my order and havent been able to get any hopefully get some here.

my tracking number is RH152036365CN. i was told it would only be 3 weeks to get shipped to me and seems like it is going to take longer than that

now is holiday season, shipping time might be doubled than regular season.
