I place the order on August 26 and it shows "Arrival at Destination (Exchange Office)" since September 6th on http://global.cainiao.com. When can I expect the package?

1. Normally parcel arriving in Vancouver Inbound mail are taking from 6 to 8 weeks for delivery from when the parcel was mail to the delivery. Depending on the work load in Vancouver and what the Customs Office are looking for, I would expect maybe your parcel would be out in 4 weeks or less.

2. I also found this for you:

Service Type :International Inbound Registered

3. You just need to come back here once a week and ask me for any update on your parcel, I will be glad to check for you if i see something new.

1. I suspect maybe your parcel is out of Canadian Customs:

2. Depending where you live in Canada delivery should be done between 3 and 11 days.
