Post 2 packages not received - scam?

I made 2 different orders through a 3rd party seller on Amazon. The packages never arrived and the seller is telling me they were "lost in transit". I can't find any tracking information so am wondering if the tracking numbers are fake?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows both parcel numbers are invalid. Your seller gave you fake tracking number. you should open dispute to amazon and claim refund.
