Good afternoon , I'm David merando , I'm waiting for news about an expedition through your company started on 21 /12/ 2014 and not yet delivered. when i tracking the shipment on your web portal table appears that says : " RI275796623CN 2014 Sent to Guangzhou Italy airline 2014/12/22 in 16:18 " but at the postal Italian the shipping code is not registered yet . I can get clarification about the shipment?

RI275796623CN has not arrived Italy yet. You can not get any information from Italy Post at this moment. Someone just got the parcel shipped in end of Nov, so you have to keep waiting.

then it is normal that you do not Have Any traceability of shipping from December 22, 2014 ? what he means when he says that " Someone just got the parcel shipped in end of Nov:" ? do not know who , where and how he received the shipment?

we can not give the name and detail of this 'someone' for privacy reason,we just want to tell you some truth. If you don't trust us and want keep embarrass yourself, it is totally up to you.

You need to wait at least 30 days from shipment to inquire. There is no point before that and you will get no more detail than what you see on the tracking page.
