I shipped my parcel #CP354626269CN on January 2nd 2020 by ship and I received news until the 8th when the parcel was shipped from Shanghai.
It has already spent four months and it hasn't arrived yet.
I don't know if it just takes time because of the coronavirus or maybe it has just got lost.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php your parcel CP354626269CN was sent to USA from SHANGHAI on jan 8. It is still in SHANGHAI airport since then.

this kind of tracking number starting with CP is called China Post sea/air combined parcel. This is a slow service which low priority to compete space with EMS and ePacket.

Coronavirus has cancelled 90% airlines from china to Australia. China Post has not enough airline shipping space.

As your parcel has lowest priority to compete limited shipping space with EMS,ePacket parcels. You have long time to wait.

Sorry, but what does it mean that was sent to the USA but it is still in shanghai? it haS left China or not?

sent to Shanghai means destination is USA. It does not mean the parcel has left China.
