tracking on the website does not work

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the parcel has not received by china post. it is a invalid number.

Hello,
The tracking of my package(RB619426128CN) is stuck on 'export customs scan'/'dispatch from outward office of exchange'(on 2 different track sites).

Can you help me to know if my package has left China?
The item has to arrive in Italy(on the italian post site, there isn't my tracking code yet)

sometimes it needs about 2 weeks to pass customs security scan, please be patient.
